At Glady’s Gourmet cakes our buttercream is exclusively Swiss or French meringue buttercream. A premium egg-based buttercream made from scratch to guarantee a lusciously smooth texture to complement your cake, even better the sugar levels can be controlled making our cakes uniquely tasting. Occasionally we also use a special recipe of American buttercream when required. From the list below we hope you can find a flavour to match your cake, but we are also happy to consider any different flavour ideas to match your needs in which case an extra charge may apply.
